A-Wear
Davis Langdon have worked for A-Wear from 1999 to Present. Stores completed to date include Grafton Street Dublin, Henry Street Dublin, Swords Dublin, Liffey Valley Dublin and Carlow. Strores such as Grafton street involved refurbishment of an existing building.
All A-Wear projects were delivered on budget and on existing stores within time and work constraints to minimise effect on trading.

Davis Langdon Service:
Davis Langdon provided a full Quantity Surveying Service and were responsible for the Total Cost Management of the project including shopfitting. Davis Langdon were also responsible for the Cost Management on the Mechanical & Electrical Services.
