The O2 project consists of the redevelopment of the old Point Theatre
music venue at the Point Depot in Dublin. 

The project involves the demolition of the roof, major refurbishment of the internal layout including all internal fittings and equipment.

A new structure using the existing external wall to the northern and southern elevation (which were considered as protected structures) was also delivered. The new venue was completed Dec 2008.
