Project consisted of the design, construction and fit-out of competition
pools and leisure centre in Abbotstown. Construction commenced in 2001 and was completed in 2002. DBO was the contract procurement strategy used.

Project was completed in February 2002 in advance of Special Olympics in summer 2003.
