Davis Langdon are providing Project Management & Quantity Surveying services on this project. This includes procurement and phasing strategies together with cost planning and cost benefit analysis advice for the strategic plan phase.

Davis Langdon are involved in the delivery of the initial tranche of developments which includes healthcare and administration facilities.
