Airport Terminal 2 - Dublin Airport
New second terminal building (75,000 sq m) and Pier E (25,000 sq m) at Dublin airport including new arrivals and departures areas, retail facilities , 19 new aircraft stands, check in area and associated infrastructure.
Davis Langdon PKS are providing a full cost consultancy service for this project. This included innovative fast track procurement to deliver the project on time.The project was procured on a multi package basis with a number of contractors engaged by DAA.
Construction of T2 progressed significantly in 2008 and the facility will open to the public in 2010. T2 will transform the passenger experience for passengers and raise capacity at the airport to a potential 35 million passengers per year.
