New second terminal building (75,000 sq m) and Pier E (25,000 sq m) at Dublin airport including new arrivals and departures areas, retail facilities , 19 new aircraft stands, check in area and associated infrastructure.
The new 14,000m² building will unite the University’s five engineering departments and will house undergraduate and post graduate facilities for 1300 students including laboratories, research facilities, workshops, computer suites and lecture rooms.
New mixed use development of c. 10,000sqm of office space, 1200 apartments, 26,000 sq m of retail space arranged over 2 levels together with open-air plaza and associated car-parking (1200 spaces).
