Tomás Kelly

Tomás Kelly is a Regional Director of Davis Langdon and has 15 years experience of managing projects for a wide variety of commercial and public sector clients.

Tomás joined Davis Langdon in 1997 having completed a two year research Masters studying management systems for cost control in the construction industry. He heads up the Research Consultancy service offered by Davis Langdon in Ireland and has undertaken a range of commissions on technical and strategic issues.

In addition to heading up the Davis Langdon research and consultancy specialist service, Tomás heads up the Education sub sector in Ireland.
