Paul Mitchell, Head of Office – Ireland

Paul is Head of Office, Ireland and a director of the firm, based in the Dublin office and he manages Financial Services and Cost Management divisions. Paul has particular expertise in Financial Modelling and was responsible for developing Davis Langdon Dublin’s customised Financial Modelling tool.
 

Paul joined Davis Langdon in 1996 after graduating from Dublin Institute of Technology. Following a post-graduate diploma in Construction Law in Trinity College Paul moved to Davis Langdon Adamson in San Francisco where he worked for two years. In 2001 Paul rejoined Davis Langdon PKS (as the Irish office was then known) as an Associate and is currently a Director with Davis Langdon.

Paul’s wide range of knowledge in the commercial and residential sectors coupled with over 12 years specialising in funding due diligence and financial modelling makes him a desirable part of any team.
