John Lombard

An Associate with Davis Langdon John the firm in 2004 with over 20 years post graduate experience in the construction industry, both in Ireland and abroad.

After graduating from DIT Bolton Street in 1983, John obtained his Charter working in London before returning to Ireland where he has worked both on the professional consultancy and contracting sides of the industry.

John is an Associate based in the Dublin office and is responsible for civil engineering, public sector and PPP projects, commercial developments together with project financial due diligence for funding institutions.

John has had extensive experience in all aspects of cost management, contract and procurement documentation and has received training in the use of the new government contracts
